SPARING Installation

SPARING or Sistem Pemantauan Kualitas Air Limbah Secara Terus Menerus dan Dalam Jaringan is a tools used for measure the output quality of Waste Water Treatment system of the company. In general, This system contains 3 main parts: Data Logger, Parameter Sensor, and Connectivity. In PT Polychem Indonesia, there is 4 parameters that measured with SPARING system: pH, Debit, Chemical Oxygen Demand, and Total Solid Solved.

Chemical Plant Design

Chemical Plant Design is one of the requirements for passing the chemical engineering bachelor graduates, besides the thesis. I was designed a plant of Foodgrade silicone rubber from silicon metal powder. This was planned to produced molded food-grade silicone and other side products such as Methyltrichlorosilane. The main process used the Muller-Rochow Process, the process to synthesis dimethyldichlorosilane as raw materials of food grade silicone rubber.

WWT Makasar Pump Projects

In this projects, I was designed pipeline and centrifugal pump for WWT system in Makasar City. This systems meant to transport the Waste Water from the temporary shelter to Waste Water Treatment Pump (WWT). There is two step for designing the system, the first is manual calculation by spreadsheet and then simulate with Schlumberger Pipesim to ensure the result is correct. For the manual calculation, I was used Darcy's Equation for calculating pressure drop. Then, I used Network Analysis on Schlumberger Pipesim to simulate the process.
