Overview
Based on my experience in EPC companies before, I love to create and model process calculations using Ms. Excel. Since It was necessary for the engineering and process in any industry.

The goal of this self-project is to provide my own design of the calculation spreadsheet that can provide solutions to customers' needs.
SPREADSHEET PROCESS CALCULATION
Background
My first full-time job was in an EPC company. It provides Engineering until Construction solutions for any industry that looking for improvements of their processes or constructing a new one.
For the company, I supported the calculations design for Front End Engineering Design in the stage of the construction process. I've grown tremendously in the period, some key abilities that I mastered:

Determined the key parameters. This ​was the key procedure before our team could make the spreadsheet by finding the data from various literature.

Chose the right Method. There are many different methods to calculate just one specific process, so we need to choose one of them that is match perfectly with the required specification.

Designed the Spreadsheet. The main process is executed when all of the data needed has been found. It focused on making spreadsheets with the correct calculations with a clear design.

Validate the calculation with simulation. By using the process simulation software, such as Pipesim or Hysys, we can make sure our calculation for the process was correct.
I always used PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) concept to finished the spreadsheet. It helps me to ensure that every calculation that I made is suitable for what customers need. This concept I was translated to the flow diagram below
